XRCD24 Superior Audiophile Quality
The AudioQuest Music label celebrates its 25th birthday in 2014. In the meantime it has gained a firm place in the audiophile music market with its excellent blues releases. But AudioQuest not only received a lot of recognition in this niche, but also in the competitive jazz and blues segment. Reason enough to celebrate the anniversary with this sampler! 9 excellent recordings from the 1990s by Mighty Sam McClain, Ronnie Earl, Doug MacLeod, Robert Lucas, Terry Evans, Lloyd Jones and Joe Beard, mastered by the XRCD triumvirate Tohru Kotetsu, Kazuo Kiuchi and Shizuo Nomiyama. The original analog master tapes were used for this, mastered with the JVC 24-bit AD converter with K2 Rubidium clock.
