GUT STRING RECORDS releases the debut album for the jazz duo of guitarist Dennis Pol and bassist Kimon Karoutzos, “DIG!”. In an intimate setting such as the guitar and bass duo (one track on cello), the music blends bebop melodies, blues feeling and sparkling solos, all with presence of a constant communication between the two instrumentalists.
The album is consisted of ten tracks, two original compositions, two re-arranged folk songs and six compositions by legendary jazz composers such as Miles Davis and Ray Bryant.
