Ultra Mono”, the new, third album by IDLES, was created in collaboration with Nick Launay (Nick Cave, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Arcade Fire) and Adam ‘Atom’ Greenspan (Anna Calvi, Cut Copy) in Paris, Kenny Beats (FKA Twigs, Vince Staples) assisted the project in producing and editing the 12 new songs.The long player also features guest appearances from Jehnny Beth (Savages), Warren Ellis (Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds), David Yow and Jamie Cullum.The predecessor, the Successful album “Joy As An Act Of Resistance”, was released in summer 2018 and manifested the band’s status as one of the most relevant of the year.
