Kenny Burrell’s Midnight Blue, Donald Byrd’s Black Byrd, Joe Henderson’s Mode For Joe and Kenny Dorham’s Afro Cuban are again absolute jazz album classics, but Cassandra Wilson’s Traveling Miles is also a more recent successful album from the label.
